Only withdrawals and requests for a refund for any other reason, than is listed under the exemptions, notified to EquiCanine™ in writing via email (info@equicanine.com.au), will be considered.
EquiCanine™ will:
- check if there are any dog & handlers on the waiting list.
- advertise the availability of a working spot in the EquiCanine™ Dog Sports Education and Events Facebook group and on various Facebook pages and groups.
If a suitable replacement dog & handler approved by EquiCanine™ can be found, you will receive a 50% refund. A $50 administration fee will also apply.
If a replacement dog & handler team cannot be found there will be no refund.
It is recommended that you attempt to find a replacement dog & handler team for your working spot.
Bitches in season are permitted to work in bitches ants at an EquiCanine™ event providing the venue [ermits this to be allowed.
Exceptions:
Refunds will be given to handlers in the event of:
• The death of the dog prior to the commencement of the EquiCanine™ seminar that you have booked and paid to attend. EquiCanine™ must be notified in writing. A full refund less a $50 administration fee will apply.
• Non-attendance due to your dog being injured and unable to participate on the dates of the EquiCanine™ seminar or event that you have booked and paid to attend. Your written refund request to EquiCanine™ must be accompanied by an official letter from the dogs treating veterinarian. You will recieve a 50% refund of the full fee. A $50 administration fee will apply.
• Non-attendance due to your dog being quarantined because of an infectious disease at the time of the EquiCanine™ seminar or event that you have booked and paid to attend. Your refund request to EquiCanine™ must be accompanied by an official letter from the dogs treating veterinarian. You will recieve a 50% refund of the full fee. A $50 administration fee will apply.
• Non-attendance due to your dog being confirmed to have kennel cough 21 days or less, prior to the commencement of the EquiCanine™ seminar or event that you have booked and paid for. Your refund request must be accompanied by an official letter from the dogs treating veterinarian. You will recieve a 50% refund of the full fee. A $50 administration fee will apply.
EquiCanine™ reserves the right to refuse attendance to any participants who have not paid in full at the time of making a booking for a workiing spot or auditing spot.
